Course Enrollment Instructions

Instructions for Students Purchasing Individual Keys

Make sure you purchase the key for the correct trainer-led course on this site. Each course has a trainer name in the description, easiest way to locate the course is to search by first or last name. Also, each class is assigned a class code based on the date of your class. Please make sure you purchase the correct key and select the correct class code. If you are unsure, ask your instructor.

After you purchase your key, you will receive a welcome email about 2-4 hours later with a link to login and begin your course. This link will take you to the student website to create your password and begin your course. You are automatically enrolled in the course purchased.

Please NOTE: If you register on this site (the store) for an account, it is completely separate from any account on the the Student website. 

Instructions for Trainers Purchasing Individual/Multiple Keys

First, make sure you have first filled out the course request form! A link to it is in the Trainer-Led course you were enrolled in.

Make sure you purchase the key(s) for the correct trainer-led course on this site. Each course has a trainer name in the description, easiest way to locate the course is to search by first or last name. Also, each class is assigned a class code based on the date/name of your class. Please make sure you purchase the correct key and select the correct class code. If you need to purchase keys for 20 students, then you simply change the quantity purchased of the key to 20.

After purchase (allow 2-4 hours for processing), your students will begin to receive the welcome emails to sign in to the student website. The students will automatically be enrolled in the correct course (as indicated in your course request form).
